How To Reach Your Guide
Although I enjoy hearing from visitors, the large volume of e-mail I receive makes it impossible for me to personally respond to every message. Never the less, I read as much of my mail as possible, and respond to as many questions as I can find time for.
Urgent Problems
If your problem is extremely urgent, and you have a good quality local fish shop, I recommend seeking assistance there. If you have no local support, send me an e-mail with the word URGENT in the subject line. My e-mail address is freshaquarium.guide@about.com. I'll do my best to answer all urgent messages personally, but I can't promise an immediate reply.
Educators/Non Profit
If you are a teacher looking for assistance with lesson plans or class projects, or a non-profit organization, please place the word EDUCATION in the subject line, and I'll do my best to respond in a timely fashion.
General Questions
You are welcome to e-mail me, but be aware that depending on mail volume, I may not have time to reply. Another option is to post at the forum. Many long-time fish owners visit there regularly, and you'll receive a good cross-section of replies.
Photo Use
If you are requesting to use photos from my site, please explain briefly what you wish to use them for. Also include the names of the fish, or links to the pages they are displayed on. Generally speaking I allow photo use for school projects, and personal web pages. My e-mail address is freshaquarium.guide@about.com.
Live Telephone Call
One additional option for reaching me is a live phone call. However, I am not always readily available. If you would still like to speak to me live on the phone, arrange a call via Keen. If you are new to Keen, the first three minutes are free, after which you pay a modest fee per minute.
